Site not loading? Empty Site not loading?

Is anybody else having issues with the site not loading? Like, I'll go on and it takes 30 minutes for the tab to even respond. Other times, it'll take me to the lage page it loaded where nobody has posted. I refresh and BOOM! 12 topics have been posted in. ._.

It's not my computer or internet, other sites work lightning fast
