Depressed.

I used to tutor this little girl from Ukraine that got adopted by American parents. Then, out of nowhere, my parents made me quit.
It wouldn't have been so hard leaving but as I was about to leave, her mom began telling me how much the little girl loved me and how she always talked about me. I began tearing up and after I left, I cried in my car.

These things are hard.

Did your parents explain why they wanted you to quit?

No, they didn't.
They told me what to say to the parents of the little girl, but they didn't specify the real reason. They can be real butts sometimes.
I mean, don't they realize the little girl's having trouble adjusting to the new language? O.o

That is really odd. Have you questioned them about it or are they not willing to speak about it?

Im not even sure....I think something about now being there for my own family...which I am every other hour/day of the week, so I don't really understand their judgement....

Maybe in a few months they might change their mind again - or could ask for it as a christmas gift? lol

I feel bad in this situation since two of you were hurt, and it wasn't either one of your fault.
